At Wild Child Collective of Michigan, we want you to love your purchase! Because many of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at returns@wildchildcollectiveofmi.com. We’ll verify the issue and ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Replacements or refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
